Returns and Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can get a refund.
If your order does not arrive in a timely manner and you are unsatisfied with the Customer Service effort you received, you can get a refund.
If the product(s) you ordered arrives damaged, you can get a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must have made your purchase from Dixiespetworld.com. We are currently not refunding purchases made from other companies-sorry!
Please do not return the item(s), but please consider donating your unwanted order to a pet shelter near you. Even a partially damaged toy or bed etc. can be a welcomed gift for an animal waiting to find its forever home. (Products in a dangerous condition excluded of course!)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please contact us at contact.sseizenterprise@gmail.com. We will verify that a refund was actually processed and the date it was made, along with any other information that might be of use. Then check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items, as well as regular priced items, will be refunded for the price it was at the time of the sale.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased a refund will be sent to the purchaser.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, the wrong color, size, or not what you ordered. If you need to exchange it for the correct item, send us an email at contact.sseizenterprise@gmail.com and send your item to your nearest pet shelter unless the condition of the item would be a danger to the well being of the animals.
Shipping
You will be responsible for any shipping costs when returning your item, so don't. To return your product please take it to a pet shelter near you, unless of course the item is damaged and would be harmful to the animals. Then throwing it away would be the option of choice.
